THE ESSENTIALS (Grades 4-8 Boys and Girls)

This is a fun and informative camp designed to enhance the basic basketball skills of players in grades 4 through 8. Campers will learn from experienced coaches who are passionate about helping young athletes improve their game

Focus on Skill Development: 

• Ball handling: Dribbling, pivoting, ball control. 

• Shooting: Proper form, footwork, shooting mechanics. 

• Passing: Accuracy, chest passes, bounce passes, teamwork. 

• Footwork: Moving on the court, agility drills. 

• Defense: Stance, footwork, positioning. 

Engaging Developmental Drills:

• Camp will incorporate a variety of drills and activities to keep campers engaged and motivated. 

• Games and scrimmages will be used to put learned skills into practice.
